Having proved extremely successful and popular with a broad range of developer clients, the ‘office take over’  provides not only an effective sales centre for a development, somewhere for prospective buyers to come and view development models, inspect sample boards and discuss individual plots, it also provides an unrivalled point of focus for that office’s team and we find that all marketing and sales staff soon become development ‘experts’ with an exceptional knowledge of every aspect of the subject development.

We can even accommodate an element of redecorating to emphasise the ‘take over’ further, as you will see from the photographs below.

a fully immersive sales experience - using the latest technology to 'sell the dream'

Over and above creating a development sales centre, and where space permits, we can dedicate an area as a temporary pop-up marketing suite for the use of virtual reality, an interactive ‘fly-through’ experience where people can virtually ‘walk through’ individual apartments, communal areas and more.

These pop-up marketing suites  typically accommodate the installation of a short throw projector, ceiling mounted speakers and a branded PC enclosure for the VR headset. Our most recent immersive suite was used  to tour prospective buyers virtually through high-end apartments in South London and proved a great success. On the launch weekend 40% of the development was reserved with sales rising to 60% within the following 10 days.
